I feel as if I hit the jackpot with my choice of Tony and Mary as my realtors. They were always ready to assist me -- even when I was unnecessarily fretful about some aspect of the buying process. On the day I submitted my request for assistance online, Tony immediately called me. My first "test" of his skills was questioning if he read the content of my request. Without taking offense, he made it abundantly clear that he had indeed read every word. (I can be quite verbose.) We decided to meet on a Saturday to view several homes in the area. Sadly, none were to my liking, but Tony and Mary weren't offended that I had wasted their time: They used my comments and opinions to help them discern the house I was trying to find. Within a few days, I received a text about the home I just bought. Without even making a trip back to Carrollton, I put an offer on the house because I trusted Tony's and Mary's real estate skills. It wasn't until after I made an offer on the house and had it accepted that I viewed it. It was a dream come true -- everything I'd told them in a dwelling. When my first conglomerate loan company tried to swindle me, Tony and Mary were ready with a local company that would expedite the process. Amazingly, even though I started with the company a little later in the process than I would have liked, the loan was approved and ready to be finalized an entire week before the actual closing. Tony and Mary are amazing realtors and people. I can't recommend them highly enough. Now they are not only my realtors, but also my neighbors.
